Effect of exercises by (smart training) method to develop some compound skills for youth football players

Abstract

The main goal of football training is to bring the player and the team to the best possible level in the competition, and to develop the level to extend similar to what happens during the game and this comes through exercises that are completely similar to the conditions and requirements of the game to the maximum degree of convergence and simulation


Thus, this research aims to develop exercises in the method of  ( smart training )  that does not include activities that start from warming up and then the main section to end with the final section ,  but rather in all its parts on the conditions that this player will face during the game , by analyzing the levels and actual the player and team needs, and individual and team problems, solving the main problems in a joint way between the player and the coach and setting goals that must be achieved in order for the training process to be useful, focused and effective towards the real development of the player's capabilities on the field in depend on concept that say “the player who makes the decision inside the field”


Hence the importance of research lies in building specific qualitative exercises in which the components (technical, physical,, or mental) are not separated from each other according to the method of (smart training), at the same time similar to the conditions of the real match, and through which it opens a new chapter to adopt a new methodology In football training, that helps to raise the level of players, especially the young ones.
