Abstract

The importance of the research comes in revealing the scientific facts that work to advance the game of basketball by making the competition in it high-level and with skillful speed that keeps pace with the development of the game because the players have physical capabilities and a "high" skill level through the most appropriate method in the hand of the coach to raise the young.

The objectives of the research were:

1-Preparing the training method, training complexity by reducing rest according to the intensity technique (adding (1) second for every (5%) reducing the percentage) to develop the speed of the offensive skill performance of advanced basketball young..

2-Recognizing the effect of training method, training complexity, by reducing rest according to the intensity technique (adding (1) second for every (5%) reducing the percentage) to develop the speed of the offensive skill performance of advanced basketball young.

The most important conclusions were:

1-The method of training complexity by reducing rest according to the intensity technique (adding (1) second for every (5%) reducing the percentage) is of great importance in developing the speed of the offensive skill performance of advanced basketball young. The recommendations were:

1-Adopting the training complexity method by reducing rest according to the intensity technique (adding (1) second for every (5%) reducing the percentage) because of its great importance in developing the speed of the offensive skill performance of advanced basketball young.
