Analytical study of the level of transparency management in the administrative bodies of football sports clubs in Iraq from the players' point of view

Abstract

In addition to being considered, this study contributes to providing fertile ground for future research related not only in the technical side, but also linking the administrative side with the technical side of sports clubs and demonstrating their ability to achieve satisfactory performance, that the administrator must have special qualifications that help him succeed in the work that requires The need for management to have transparency in administrative work that can achieve a high level of confidence if it is entrusted with this position, and sports clubs are witnessing at the present time many rapid changes in various fields, the most prominent of which are the material aspects, so change is a binding necessity of the times in which we live In it at the present time, and this is what shows us that the importance of programs and methods of managing the human element and solving the problems resulting from its use and management cannot be based on sound foundations unless they are coupled with an understanding of the nature of this human element and knowledge of the driving and determining factors of its behavior and affecting its trends. Therefore, the research sample was chosen by the (intentional) method, and the research sample consisted of (464) players from sports clubs participating in the Premier League and 100% of the research community. The sample was distributed as follows: First: The exploratory research sample included (20) players from the research community. Second: The final application sample included (256) players from the research community. The researcher presented the results of the transparency management measure in the administrative bodies of football sports clubs in Iraq from the players' point of view. One of the most important conclusions .

3.The results of the study proved that evaluating the institutional and individual performance of leaders in the club's administrative bodies is a matter directly related to the goals of transparency, fighting corruption and developing evaluation mechanisms and standards on a regular basis .
