Abstract

The importance of research includes management as it is a science and an art, and it is in this sense that the tool performed by the highest level, that is, leadership in managing the institution, is also through which the leader can reach the institution to excellence, as well as it which leads the institution to the lowest institution and is thus a double-edged sword in the hands of the leader or Director .


 The research problem determined "What is the level of job satisfaction for workers in the General Directorate for Provincial and Provincial Affairs in the Ministry of Youth and Sports about leadership practices of managers from their viewpoint?"


The current research community consisted of all workers in the General Directorate for Provincial and Provincial Affairs in the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and thus the sample was chosen from the current research community for all employees, as their number (176) constituted 100%.


The study recommended the adoption of a measure of job satisfaction in measuring the level of job satisfaction in the rest of the directorates of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. And stimulating such motivations motivating workers to realize success. And the need to enhance job satisfaction in the rest of the ministry’s directorates in line with the Ministry’s development strategy.
