Abstract

I have emerged in rears years , many of the studies on the speed congnitive of what it from a magior role in the level of achievement in different games boxing which aims to develop and development of the ability of boxers youth and access them to the best levels and this is by giving a lot of exercises that have a magior role in the performance of boxers youth where is the importance of research in the ratio of the contribution of speed cognitive in punch straight left  the sample boxers young  lies the problem of research in the double –speed cognitive his role of negative at level of performance boxers youth so, the study of the contribution of speed cognition in the light system in US improving the level of guidelines punch straight left the sample boxers youth.
