The researcher recommended adopting the researched body mass index on the research sample for the purpose of selecting swimmers, and emphasizing the setting of educational programs according to physical patterns in order for the program to achieve the desired purpose and emphasize not to increase or decrease the weight of children because it is an influencing factor in the learning process, and to conduct more studies and research on the effect of patterns The different body is to teach other types of swimming and develop physical attributes, basic skills and other types of sports
