The Effect of the Self-Teaching Method in Learning Some Skills on the Jumping Table for Female Students

Abstract

The goal of the research: - Self-learning and its impact in developing the speed of skillful performance in learning skills for the platform of jumping.


Force search


The existence of significant differences in statistical significance in the teaching of basic skills in the jumping platform device for the benefit of the experimental group.


    The researcher used the experimental method of the two groups, as it is the most appropriate curriculum that gives logical results, and to suit the nature of the problem of research to be solved and the researcher chose the deliberate way of the research community and they are the students of the second phase College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - Basra University for the academic year 2017-2018, 63. The researcher chose the sample of 32 students by deliberate method, if the sample formed 47% of the community of origin, where the random sample was divided into two experimental group and control group, Body weight (height, weight, age). The tribal and remote tests of the research sample were carried out and the educational curriculum applied to the sample was applied.


The researcher concluded that self-learning has a positive effect in teaching the basic skills of the jumping platform.


The researcher recommended the need to use self-education in teaching the basic skills of the jumping platform
