Building and Codifying the Scale of Sport Personality for Soccer Coaches in the Iraqi Premier League

Abstract

The importance of research comes to know the personality of the sport coach from the players point of view and the extent of its impact on their technical , psychological and skill level and what is the strength the coach has and control the tam.

Objectives:

1_ building a personal sport scale for coaches and applying to the Iraqi football championship , the Iraqi premier league .

Conclusion:

1_ the sport personality gauge prepared by the researcher is a good tool to reveal the level of sports personality that the coach has in the Iraqi premier league in the central and southern regions .

Recommendation:

1_ adopting the personality scale that the researcher prepared to measure the sports personality of football coaches in the Iraqi premier league in the central and southern regions .
