Abstract

The importance of the research lies in preparing some rehabilitative exercises with the help of calcium intake and its effect on the level of curvature of the feet and some basic skills of football players. The problem of the research was summarized by the lack of knowledge of coaches and those interested in the sporting side of the curvatures in the legs and their effect on the level of ideal performance of football players, which reflected negatively on the performance of many players The research aims to prepare a rehabilitative program, accompanied by calcium intake on the bowing of the legs of football players and to identify the effect of the rehabilitating program, and with the accompaniment of calcium intake on the curvature of the legs of football players, to identify the effect of the rehabilitation program, and with the accompaniment of calcium intake on some of the skill variables of soccer players. The research and the number of the sample reached (14) players, and the researcher used the statistical system spss to extract the results of the tests and measurements, and the most important conclusions were whenever there was no curvature or was close to the correct appearance of the body, the skill performance was ideal or close to the ideal because it is one of the important reasons for the performance and the most important recommendations are the necessity of conducting periodic checks Practical and with a high degree of awareness of Pal Correct habits and neglecting this have negative consequences for players.
