Abstract

Knowledge Net is an important necessities for the leadership of Iraqi volleyball federations, as it opens up broad prospects for them to develop their work in terms of external and internal relations and in the leadership and decision-making and making, and the importance of research lies through studying the extent of the impact of knowledge on members of ethnic federations and administrative bodies, players and coaches of remote volleyball. As for the research problem There is a weakness and decline in the level of volleyball teams ’achievement in regional, continental and international competitions. The aim of the research is to identify the level of human capital according to the knowledge dimension of members of the Iraqi volleyball federations The second chapter contains the concept and definition of human capital and the concept and definition of knowledge. As for the third chapter, the researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method in order to suit the problem, objectives and nature of the research, while the fourth chapter contained the results, analysis and discussion of the results, while the fifth chapter the researcher concluded that the scale designed by the researcher is able to measure the levels of members of sports federations in volleyball and their relationship with administrative bodies, players and coaches As for the recommendations, adopting a measure of knowledge of human capital in raising the work of union members, administrative entities, players and coaches.
