The effectiveness of e-management at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Baghdad, from the perspective of the teaching staff.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of electronic management from the perspective of the teaching staff at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad, in order to understand the reality of this management, which is an important scientific step worth pursuing, through which it can be developed or improved. A questionnaire was prepared and applied to the research community of (278) teachers. After conducting statistical analyses of the questionnaire, the paragraphs with weak correlation were deleted, as the number of paragraphs in the final form reached (8) paragraphs. The period model (low, medium, high) was used, and the most important thing that the researcher reached was: the concentration of the answers of the tested individuals, at the medium level. The researcher recommended that the Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Baghdad should increase awareness of the importance of electronic management and the need to deepen its concept.
