Abstract

This study aimed to develop two scales for wise leadership and job performance among administrative supervisors in the General Directorate of Education in Maysan, and to identify the sample's responses to these two scales, The researcher used the descriptive method with a correlational approach, as it was the most suitable method for addressing the research problem, The research population consisted of administrative supervisors in the Maysan Education Directorate, who were selected purposively, totaling (44) supervisors. The research sample consisted of (38) supervisors, who were selected due to continuous communication with them and their presence, The most important conclusions of the study showed a statistically significant positive correlation between wise leadership and the job performance of administrative supervisors, indicating that applying the principles of wise leadership directly contributes to improving performance levels. The results also revealed a disparity in the level of wise leadership application among departments, which was reflected in the varying levels of job performance, The most important recommendations were the need to promote the concept of wise leadership among educational leaders through the establishment of specialized training courses and workshops, and the adoption of clear criteria for selecting administrative leaders based on the qualities of wise leadership and not just experience or seniority.
