Abstract

          The problem of research through friction and living for the first stage students is embodied we see that most of the students accepted in sports education because of the rate or forced from its parents that the college is only for girls and is not interested in college which generates a feeling of failure and mental disorders affects the progress of human life And his various activities in various fields The research aims to identify the failure and mental disorders of widowed women in the cooperative society and prepare a recreational guidance program to reduce their failure and mental disorders. Using the experimental method to suit the nature of the problem society, the sample was divided into two groups by lot, a pilot group (20) and a control group(20 They were conducted tribal tests for measurements and then applied the units to the experimental group for (6) weeks after which they were conducted dimensional tests in the metrics of the two groups the researchers inferred the effectiveness of the recreational guiding program in reducing failure and mental disorders in women The organization of units between guidance and recreation has led to a positive increase among widowed women than before the application
