The ethics of sports administrative work started in a good snapshot of the technical work presented by a plane in Iraq from the players' point of view

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the level of sports administrative work ethics and professional competence among the administrative bodies of volleyball clubs in Iraq from the players' point of view and to identify the correlation between them. ) players representing (11) teams out of (14) teams, and the sample was divided randomly into a building sample of (100) players and an application sample of (50) playersThe fourth chapter included presentation, analysis and discussion of the results of the questionnaire about the ethics of sports administrative work and professional competence by obtaining the results and extracting levels for the sample of the application. At the level of ethics in sports administrative work, the professional competence of members of administrative bodies in volleyball. As for the most important recommendations that the researcher recommended, it is the adoption of these two scales to measure the ethics of sports administrative work, the professional competence of members of administrative bodies in volleyball, and research and investigation in the degree of commitment to the ethics of sports administrative work according to other variables.
