Abstract

This research aimed to identify the impact of a polarized training program on triathlon performance. Researchers adopted an experimental approach to address the research problem, as it was well-suited to the nature of the issue. The study sample consisted of triathletes from the Popular Mobilization Forces Club. The researchers concluded that the polarized training program had positive effects on the participants, demonstrating increased efficiency in performing training units and assigned tasks compared to their performance before the program's implementation. The researchers recommended applying polarized training programs to other endurance events.
