Abstract

The research problem centered on the inability of most coaches of youth groups to choose appropriate training methods to develop the functional, physical and skill aspects of youth players. The researcher used the experimental approach in his research as he designed two training approaches that included the first training program on complex exercises within the anaerobic phosphogenic energy system (non  The lactic) and the second (lactic) energy system, while the second training program included the free (competitive) playing style and then learning about their impact on the vital capacity and special endurance of young football players. The researcher chose his research sample from the Golan and Fallujah clubs, as the first experimental group represented by the club was applied.  The Golan is the first program that includes compound exercises according to the low, medium and high intensity interval method, while the second experimental group, which was represented by the Fallujah club, implemented the second program, which includes the free play program (competitive) in a half-stadium, and the results showed the development of target variables for both groups in general as well as a preference.  In the results of the first experimental group on the results of the group T.  The second experiment in the variables of vital capacity and special endurance, the two researchers concluded that the first program was more effective than the second program (free play).
