Abstract

Weightlifting sports are of interest to many people and have followers from different categories as they show the human potential to overcome resistors that reach large weights. Scientists have sought to develop these abilities by applying mechanical foundations during motor performance to lift the weight. The importance of research in subjugation of the research sample to evaluate in order to determine their true level in the dynamics of performance and the distribution of forces during the stages of clouds in the high kidnapping, so that coaches can diagnose the strengths and weaknesses and thus overcome the weakness and strengthen the strengths, which benefit the Rbayna and improve their levels and achieve better achievements. The problem of research was the lack of sports teams from the availability of information on the real levels is an important factor and the evaluation process is one of the means that contribute to provide the trainers with information on the possibilities of four. The study aimed to assess the economy effort through the dynamic index of the stages of clouds in the abduction of the heroes of Iraq. The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method as the most appropriate way to solve the research problem. The sample consisted of 4 quadrants weighing 94 kg and 3 quarters weight of 105 kg. The results showed that the dynamics in the drawing stages gave a arc-shaped path at a weight of 94 kg, giving a good dynamic.
