Main Article Content
Abstract
The present study aimed to construct and apply a task and ego orientation scale for junior volleyball players. The descriptive approach was adopted using both the survey method and the correlational method. The research sample consisted of 168 players from the junior category during the 2025–2026 sports season. The researcher concluded that the task and ego orientation scale is suitable for measuring what it was designed for and possesses sound scientific foundations. The researcher also recommended conducting a similar study on junior volleyball players, selecting other psychological motives.
