Abstract

The importance of this research lies in highlighting the role of Rondo exercises in developing the physical and skill performance of players and their contribution to raising their level through their use in a manner consistent with the requirements of modern play. Furthermore, it aims to understand its impact on physical and skill performances, making this knowledge available to those working in the field of youth football training. The research problem focused on the extent of the impact of Rondo exercises as a fundamental, rather than secondary, exercise within a training session, and their role in developing the physical and skill performance of young football players. The study aimed to: develop Rondo exercises for young football players. The researchers used the experimental method, and the research sample consisted of young football players. After implementing the exercises, the most important conclusions were reached: the exercises prepared according to Rondo training had a positive effect on developing the specific physical abilities and basic skills of football players. The most important recommendation was to adopt these previously prepared exercises in training football players
