Creative leadership and its relationship to evaluating the effectiveness of the performance of administrative work and technical activities of sports clubs in Iraq from the viewpoint of members of administrative bodies

Abstract

Creative leadership is that leadership practice that relies on achieving the highest standards of quality and professional performance using qualifications, skills and experiences to achieve strategic goals within the business circles within his organization and overcoming problems and difficulties, and highlights the importance of research in identifying the correlation between creative leadership and the effectiveness of performing technical administrative work for clubs Sports in IraqThe research problem lies in the importance of studying the administrative aspects and technical activities of clubs, and identifying the application of the most important procedures followed by administrative bodies in organizing their work and creating the appropriate conditions that facilitate technical and administrative work in an appropriate and ideal climate and the aim of the research is to identify the reality of creative leadership and evaluate the performance of administrative work and activities Technical Clubs in Baghdad Governorate, learn about the relationship between the level of creative leadership and evaluate the performance of administrative work and the technical activities of sports clubs in Baghdad Governorate from the viewpoint of its members The researchers used the descriptive method in the survey method to suit the nature of the study on the members of the administrative bodies of sports clubs in Iraq. The researchers concluded that there is a positive correlation between creative leadership and evaluation of the performance of administrative work and technical activities of sports clubs in Baghdad Governorate, and the ability to predict the effectiveness of administrative work performance and technical activities of sports clubs in terms of Creative leadership among members of administrative bodies of sports clubs, and researchers recommend the need to apply standards of creative leadership and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative work performance and technical activities of sports clubs for members of sports clubs by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to assess the work of sports clubs in Iraq
