The effect of anaerobic power training on some biomechanical variables and hexokinase enzyme in female futsal players
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aims to determine whether anaerobic strength training (such as speed endurance and speed-strength) leads to a significant increase in hexokinase enzyme activity in the muscles of female futsal players. The research problem lies in the significant lack of understanding of the mechanism of anaerobic training, the limited time allocated to it, and the lack of knowledge regarding the role of functional capacities (enzymes) in the anaerobic process. Therefore, the researcher decided to delve into this problem and find appropriate solutions by following anaerobic training to determine its effect on specific physical abilities and the hexokinase enzyme in the blood. As for the research methodology, the researcher used the experimental method to identify the population and the research sample. The research sample was chosen purposively, and it consisted of (20) female players from Al-Zawraa Club.
They were randomly divided into two groups (experimental and control), with each group consisting of (10) players. After collecting and analyzing the results, the researcher reached the most important conclusions and recommendations: that the anaerobic applied exercises used by the researcher led to the development of some physical abilities specific to football.
(Speed endurance, speed-strength). Coaches place great importance on anaerobic exercises in their training programs during preparation and competition.
