Human Skills, Their Impact on Others, and Their Relationship to Job Enthusiasm among Specialist Supervisors from the Perspective of Physical Education Teachers in the Southern Region

Abstract

The research aims to identify the level of human skills among specialist supervisors and their relationship to the level of Job Enthusiasm from the perspective of physical education teachers in the southern region. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach using both survey and correlational methods. The application sample consisted of (335) male and female teachers across the governorates of (Basra, Dhi Qar, Maysan, and Al-Muthanna). The results revealed that supervisors possess a "good" level of human skills. The results also indicated a "good" level of Job Enthusiasm. The research demonstrated a strong, significant positive correlation (0.825) between human skills and job enthusiasm. The researcher concluded that the nature of the social fabric in southern Iraq reinforces the supervisors' reliance on human relations rather than formal authority and that their enthusiasm stems from a love for the profession and their sports background. The research recommended the necessity of reducing clerical burdens to enhance professional focus.
