Abstract

In the first chapter, the researchers addressed. the importance of the study Emphasizing the need to identify Organizational immunity and its role in ethical leadership among Scout leaders holding the Wood Badge in Iraq. The research problem. lies in the fact that the role of organizational immunity. is not limited solely to achieving. success; rather, it also requires ensuring the continuity of this success, sustained growth, adaptability, and the ability to confront challenges.The study aimed to identify the level. of organizational immunity and ethical leadership among Scout leaders Holding the Wood Badge in Iraq, as well as to examine the relationship between the two scales. The Second chapter addressed the key terms included in the title of the study.The third chapter focused on the research methodology and field procedures, where the descriptive approach was employed. The research sample consisted of Scout leaders holding the Wood Badge in Iraq.. The field procedures included constructing the two measurement scales, establishing standard scores, and identifying normative levels.The fourth chapter was devoted to discussing the research results. In the fifth chapter, the researchers concluded by identifying the levels of organizational immunity and ethical leadership, in addition to determining the relationship between them. as for the recommendations, the researchers Suggested generalizing the study results to Scout and school activity departments and conducting similar studies on these departments.
