Main Article Content
Abstract
The research aims to identify the effect of combined exercises (physical-skills) and their relationship to the development of individual defensive performance in handball for female students. The researchers used an experimental approach with a single group and two tests, pre- and post-test. The researchers selected the sample deliberately, consisting of a group of 24 third-year female students representing 40% of the third-year female students, where the total number of students was 60. Physical and skill tests were conducted as part of the pre- and post-tests for the research sample. The most important conclusions were the development of the individual defensive performance level of the research sample and the development of the individual defensive movements of the female students in the research sample.
