The study aimed to classify the individuals of the research sample according to the levels of information processing, and to identify the effect of the PDEODE strategy in learning the skill of thoracic handling and feedback handling according to the levels of information processing of the research sample. In learning the skill of thoracic handling and feedback handling according to the levels of information processing, there are statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups in the results of the post tests in learning the skill of thoracic handling and feedback according to the levels of information processing. On a sample consisting of (51) students of the second stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences / College of Knowledge of the University, they conducted a scale of information processing levels on the main experiment sample as well as conducting skill tests, after which the curriculum of the PDEODE strategy was applied, and then the researchers used statistical methods Appropriate to extract Results In light of the results, they reached a number of conclusions, including the educational units prepared according to the (PDEODE) strategy, which had a clear and effective impact on the development of chest handling and rebound handling in basketball, and that the PDEODE strategy works to respect students’ thinking and ability, and encourages them to have practical thinking skills, and all of this It complies with the requirements of scientific development and this helps to provoke and motivate students to learn and develop the skill of pectoral and rebound handling in basketball.
