Abstract

The aim of the study was to develop a therapeutic exercise programme to alleviate lower back and knee pain in men and recognizing the programme's impact on pain relief as well as identifying which areas of the lower back or knees have a better impact , the research involved 20 infected persons aged (5-7) months and aged (22-38) years, After a questionnaire was prepared to measure the level of pain in the lower back and knees, it was presented to the search and answered before programme implementation begins, After it was completed, the answers were discharged and statistically processed, and researchers recommended that targeted exercise be taken care of during the injury period, to ensure the health of the patient and free of problems with the spine and knees, Organization of joint scientific seminars among sports medicine professionals and physiotherapy to bring scientific perspectives closer to the benefit of the infected patient.
