Abstract

Despite the efforts made in the field of long jump training, many young players suffer from deficiencies in technical and numerical achievement. This reflects the need to develop traditional training programs and adopt more effective and specialized methods that are compatible with the nature of motor performance and the requirements of the target age group. Here, the f20 method has emerged as a modern training method based on short-term, high-intensity repetition, which has proven effective in developing the technical and numerical performance of young players. The research aimed to prepare a training program using f20 that suits the youth category and to identify the effect of the training program in developing the physical abilities associated with the long jump, and to identify the effect of the training program in improving the long jump achievement for youth. The research sample was chosen from the youth category long jump players, numbering (5). The researcher conducted the exploratory and main experiment. After completing the statistical equations and discussing them, the researcher concluded that the (f20) method has proven its effectiveness in developing physical and technical performance. The researcher recommended applying the (f20) method in a training manner and lessons within the long jump training programs for youth.
