Abstract

The importance of the research came to emphasize the importance of the methods of teaching methods and their role in the students ’learning of the gymnastic subject in the motor skills of the technical gymnastics for women as it helps the student to upgrade the skill side according to each type of these methods as well as showing us the most effective and important in transferring the correct information during performance.


The most important objectives of the research were:


Learn about the effect of the differential program method on learning some ground movements in your artistic gymnastics for women.


The most important conclusions were:


1-The differential method of learning some ground movements that achieved its goals in learning and the success of the teaching method used for some motor skills in the technical gymnastics for women.


2-Leaving the student's freedom to choose meaningful movements and differentiate between difficult and successful movements gives an indication of learning some motor skills in your artistic gymnastics for women.


And it was recommended:


1-Adopting the differential program method in learning some ground movements because it has achieved its goals in learning and the success of the teaching method used for some motor skills in the technical gymnastics for women.


2- Emphasizing leaving the student free to choose purposeful movements and differentiating between difficult and successful movements because they give an indication of learning some motor skills in your artistic gymnastics for women.
