The impact of the Posner model on mental flexibility and learning the skills of sending and receiving transmissions in volleyball for female students

Abstract

The aim of the study was to identify the degree of mental flexibility in learning the skills of sending and receiving transmissions in volleyball for female students and to identify the impact of the Posner model in learning the skills of sending and receiving transmissions in volleyball for female students, as for the two research hypotheses, the researcher assumed that there are significant differences between the results of the two researchers developed the experimental method by designing the two control groups In the light of the results, the two researchers came to a set of conclusions, most notably that the use of the Posner model contributed to the students learning the skills of sending and receiving transmissions in volleyball by emphasizing the correction of misconceptions and misguided conclusions, the researchers recommend that the Posner model be applied in the units of the second stage in the morning study of the Faculty of physical education and sports sciences for girls/University of Baghdad, numbering (64) students .the scale was distributed, skill tests were applied, and then the results were properly educational and employed in an effective manner
