Evaluating the Effectiveness of Targeted Drills and Assistive Aids in Developing Core Football Skills Among Youth Players

Abstract
The aim of the research was to prepare special exercises using assistive tools to teach some basic football skills for juniors. The experimental method was used by designing equivalent groups (control and experimental) if the research sample were junior players registered in the Basra Oil Sports Club in Basra Governorate. The researcher concluded that the use of manufactured educational tools that have a performance-related impact in learning some of the skills under study has an effective role in raising the skill level of junior football players. Accordingly, it was recommended that educational refinement courses be conducted for coaches to provide the latest developments in learning and training, its curricula and methods
