Abstract
The aim of the research was to know the effect of Jordan model in teaching some types of defense with foil to players of the specialized school. The experimental method was used, if the research sample were players of the specialized fencing school in Basra Governorate, and accordingly the conclusions were that Jordan model is one of the appropriate educational and teaching models in teaching some types of defense with foil to players of the specialized school. The recommendation was: Adopting Jordan model as it is one of the appropriate educational and teaching models in teaching some types of defense with foil to players of the specialized school.
