Abstract

This research aims to identify the reaction speed, motor response, and spiking skill of volleyball players. The researcher used the experimental method due to its suitability to the nature of the problem. The research was conducted at Al-Baghdadi Volleyball Club, with a total of (12) players. The exercises were applied to the research sample, and the researcher concluded that using the exercises had a positive effect on developing reaction speed and spiking skill. Therefore, it is recommended to emphasize the use of the selected exercises due to their positive effect on developing reaction speed and accuracy in performing the spiking skill in volleyball.
