A study of the reality of integration and differentiation among central scout group leaders in Iraq

Abstract
The aim of the research was to construct and apply a scale of administrative integration and differentiation for the leaders of the central scouting teams in Iraq. The researcher used the descriptive approach with an analytical approach, as the research sample was the leaders of the central scouting teams and their assistants in Iraq. The researcher conducted scientific transactions for the scale of integration and differentiation, which in its final form consisted of (six areas) and (34) statements. The researcher concluded that the leaders of the central scouting teams in Iraq possess an average level of administrative integration and differentiation. The researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the scale for measuring administrative integration and differentiation when selecting leaders of the central scouting teams.
