Abstract

  The research aimed to identify the level of administrative performance and positive conflict among football coaches from the perspective of public bodies. The researcher used the descriptive method with a survey and correlational relationships approach. The research sample consisted of public bodies in the central and southern regions of Iraq for the 2024-2025 season. The researcher concluded that there are significant differences in the level of administrative performance among the research sample. This is evidence that coaches have the ability and competence to attract players' thinking and encourage them to apply training and administrative ideas during training sessions or official matches. One of the most important recommendations is that coaches must possess a high degree of administrative level, positive conflict, and good charisma to influence and be influenced by their subordinates.
