The effect of compound exercises on developing some physical abilities and basic football skills for young players

Abstract
The research aims to prepare complex exercises to develop some physical abilities and basic skills in football and to know their effect in developing some physical abilities and basic skills in football. The researchers used the experimental method using the equivalent groups method. The research sample consisted of young football players in Al-Attar Football School and their number reached (20) players who were divided into two groups, experimental and control, with (10) players in each group. The researchers concluded that the use of complex exercises contributed to the development of the sample’s level. Accordingly, it was recommended to work on using complex exercises in learning and training because of their effective impact in developing physical and skill abilities.
