The effect of therapeutic exercises and electrical stimulation on the rehabilitation of muscles working on injured tennis elbow and some types of strength for women in Diyala Governorate

Abstract
The research aimed to prepare therapeutic exercises for injured women in the rehabilitation of the working muscles of the tennis elbow and some types of strength. The researcher used the experimental method and conducted the study on 8 women with tennis elbow. After reviewing several specialist doctors and under their supervision, they were transferred to the rehabilitation center in Baquba Teaching Hospital. They are non-athletic employees. The most important conclusions the researcher reached are the superiority of the curriculum prepared using electrical stimulation and therapeutic exercises in achieving better results in rehabilitating muscles injured with tennis elbow. Accordingly, it was recommended to emphasize the use of the method (electrical stimulation and therapeutic exercises) in preparing therapeutic curricula that aim to raise the level of muscle activity at the level of duty performance
