The effect of suggested exercises using the Carplus method in improving motor performance motivation and learning some floor movement mat skills in artistic gymnastics for beginners

Abstract
The research aims to identify the effect of suggested exercises using the Karplus method in improving motor performance motivation and learning some of the skills of the floor movement mat device in artistic gymnastics for men. The researchers used the experimental method and designed two groups with pre- and post-tests. The research sample included novice players in a youth forum. Ramadi, numbering (15) novice players, then the data was treated statistically using the laws of statistics appropriate for this work, and through the results that emerged, the researchers reached the following most important conclusions and recommendations, including: The researchers concluded that using the exercises suggested in the Karplus style has a positive effect in learning the skills of the mat device. Floor movements in artistic gymnastics for men. The researchers recommended the necessity of using the suggested exercises and other educational methods that help beginners learn gymnastics skills and other skills in other activities and games.
