Abstract
The level of ambition represents an important and vital factor for psychological construction and one of the variables that have a great impact on the components of the required performance because it is the level that the individual expects to reach on the basis of his appreciation of the level of his abilities and potentials.
Where the student aspires to be the best in achieving her ambitions, and this ambition has degrees of different levels from one student to another, depending on the individual's mental and physical ability, and on this basis we find that the student aspires to be the best and best performance in order to reach her goals and to prove herself and to show her own potential and capabilities.
Because the students of the second stage of the College of Physical Education have little experience about the sport of gymnastics, and in order to advance the game comes the need to prepare the players by teaching them the correct technique for the skill of your gymnastics to bring them to a good level of performance and this helps the player to be ready to participate in your gymnastics teams and perform the movements on the balance beam in competitions Taking place between universities and contributing to the training of future emerging teams to build a base in this sport.
The research aims at: - Identifying the level of ambition of the second stage students, represented by the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, to identify the kinetic performance of the kinematic assortment of the second stage students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
While the researcher imposed: - There are statistically significant hypotheses in the level of ambition and performance on the balance beam in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, there are statistically significant differences in the level of motor performance of performance on the balance beam, there is a statistically significant relationship between ambition and motor performance in performance On the balance beam.
As for the research method and its field procedures: - The researcher adopted the deliberate method in selecting the research community, and they are the second stage students, who are (46) students, and this number formed a percentage of (62.162%). A measurement form (level of ambition) was distributed to the research sample to find Results .
- The researcher concluded the following: - It was evident from the statistics conducted in the research that the level of ambition was related to the motor performance of the students on the balance beam.
The researcher recommended: - Teachers of gymnastics for students of physical education and sports sciences should take into account and diagnose the level of students ’ambition and the importance of escalating the mutual relations between students and the teaching staff in order to provide psychological and intellectual climates to instill the values and convictions of students.
