The effect of the Denz model on learning some simple attack skills in foil fencing for students

Abstract

The aim of this research was to identify the effect of the Davis model on students' learning of some simple attack skills in foil fencing. The experimental approach was used, with the research sample consisting of third-year students at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra. After applying the educational model, the most important conclusions were reached: The Davis model is one of the most important educational models in producing the correct lesson for students to learn some simple attack skills in foil fencing. Accordingly, it was recommended to adopt the Davis model as one of the most important educational models in producing the correct lesson for students to learn some simple attack skills in foil fencing


Accordingly, the recommendation was made to adopt the Davis model as one of the essential instructional models for effectively delivering lessons on learning some basic offensive skills in fencing with the foil weapon for students.
