The role of visionary leadership in supporting internal coalitions of workers in youth and sports forums in Baghdad

Abstract
The research aimed to build the scales of visionary leadership and internal coalitions for workers in youth and sports forums in Baghdad. The descriptive approach was adopted using the correlational method, on a sample of (225) individuals who were randomly selected at a rate of (19.38%) from the original community represented by workers in youth and sports forums in Rusafa. The researcher concluded that the scales of visionary leadership and internal coalitions are suitable for what they were prepared for, to measure the point of view of workers in youth and sports forums. The recommendations were that it is necessary to pay attention to the specialized measurement of the point of view of workers in youth and sports forums due to its role in supporting the management and development of the work of these institutions.
