The effect of course fit training on developing the speed-specific strength of jumping skills on the vaulting platform

Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the effect of Cross Fit exercises on developing the speed-characteristic strength of the horse jumping skill. The researchers used the experimental method, due to its suitability to the problem and the design of a single group with two pre- and post-tests. The research sample was a sample of young players in the private sports club, numbering (6) players. The researchers concluded that Cross Fit exercises had a positive effect on developing the speed-characteristic strength of the experimental sample members. Accordingly, the researchers recommended that Cross Fit exercises had a positive effect on developing the speed-characteristic strength of the experimental sample members.
