The research sample was students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University for the academic year (2021/2022). For the morning study, the researchers relied on distributing the questionnaire form to the members of the research sample, as the researchers concluded that muscle injuries are the most common types of injuries to which the sample members were exposed, and muscle spasm, muscle bruises and joint sprains are the most common injuries. Accordingly, it was recommended to pay attention to the playground floor for training in practical lessons and to make more effort to maintain it continuously and permanently.
