The effect of nutritional panels and some physical exercises on biochemical and functional variables and weight in bodybuilders
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the impact of a training and experimental program using Tabata aerobic exercise and prebiotic-enriched nutritional bars on the functional and biochemical variables of bodybuilders. The study adopted an experimental approach and included a sample of bodybuilders in Basra Governorate. The study included assessments of respiratory capacity, physical efficiency, and maximum oxygen consumption, as well as multiple biochemical measurements, including cholesterol, triglyceride, and lipoprotein levels. The researchers concluded that the exercises used had a positive effect on the experimental group and therefore recommended the integration of fortified nutrition into sports training programs
