The effect of physical effort according to the energy currency system on ATP synthesis and chemical variables of membrane transport in young volleyball players
Main Article Content
Abstract
The aim of the research is to determine the numerical values of the chemical variables of membrane transport according to the energy currency system among young volleyball players. The researchers used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is compatible with the nature of the research problem. The sample of the research was the young volleyball players of the Al-Daghara Sports Club for the 2024-2025 season. The researchers concluded that physical effort according to the energy currency system has a precise relationship with the synthesis of ATP in a way that provides us with important numerical values. Accordingly, the researchers recommended the necessity of adopting the results obtained according to the energy currency system. It has a precise relationship with the synthesis of ATP that is consistent with the prevailing energy system in volleyball.
