The effect of administrative performance in adapting student work to sports activities from the viewpoint of physical education teachers in the Qadisiyah governorate center

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effect of administrative performance represented by school principals in adapting student work to school sports activities from the viewpoint of physical education teachers, to achieve this, the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (38) items distributed into five areas: (School sports activity management, Planning for school sports activity, implementation and presentation of school sport activity, incentives and rewards, material capabilities) and the study sample consisted of (60) teachers from schools in Diwaniyah district.
. The results of the study showed that the administrative performance in adapting student work to sports activities came to a large degree on all fields of study and the overall field.
