The Reality of Managerial Leadership Competencies in the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from the Perspective of Their Subordinates

Abstract
The importance of research is focused on the possibility of laying the foundations for the selection and appointment of leaders with competencies in youth institutions and how to develop administrative work, which requires raising their abilities and skills in the departments of the ministry and its branches in the directorates of the governorates.
The research objectives were:
1- To recognize the reality of competencies of the administrative leadership in the departments of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Scientific.
2-Identifying the personal and technical competencies of the administrative leadership in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
3- Identifying the cognitive and cultural competencies of the administrative leadership in the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
The most important conclusions: The level of the reality of competencies administrative leaders in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Iraq below the level of ambition.
The most important recommendations: To adopt this research in the evaluation of competencies of administrative leaders in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Iraq.
