Organizational climate and its relationship to job stability among supervisors in the Directorate of Education in Sulaymaniyah

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of job stability as well as the level of organizational climate. The researchers used the descriptive approach using the correlation method, due to its suitability to the nature of the problem to be solved. Therefore, the research community was determined by the specialized supervisors in the Sulaymaniyah Education Directorate for the academic year 2023/2024. As for the research sample, it was tested intentionally from the specialized supervisors in the Sulaymaniyah Education Directorate, numbering (50) supervisors. (10) supervisors were also selected to conduct a survey experiment on them. The researchers concluded that there is a significant correlation between job stability and the job climate for the specialized supervisors in the Sulaymaniyah Education Directorate. They also recommended providing the organizational climate within the forum and mutual interaction between the administrators of all sports facilities in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq
