A study of the reality of administrative creativity among the administrative bodies of institutional sports clubs in Baghdad

Abstract

In her current research, the researcher emphasized conducting a study to analyze the most important aspects and creative procedures in the management of institutional clubs by the responsible administrative bodies in the governorate of Baghdad, according to the available capabilities under the current circumstances, and to reach positive results in a different way and with creative creative ideas, as the measure of administrative creativity was prepared and the level of identification The administrative bodies of these clubs in this field, as the researcher used the descriptive approach in survey studies and correlational relationships, and the research community was determined by the intentional method, which consisted of institutional sports clubs, which numbered (14) clubs in a community of approximately (110)A member of the management board of these clubs, and after the scale forms were distributed to the sample and filled out by them, the forms were compiled and statistical operations were carried out on their results through the use of the SPSS statistical program. At the required level, as it was found that the direction of work is within a pre-prepared regular routine under circumstances that may be different from what is current, in addition to the clear absence of motives and incentives supporting administrative creativityThe study recommended applying the scale to other samples in other fields and clubs on a regular basis in order to be considered as a reference for improving and developing work.
