الملخص
الإعداد النفسي والبدني هما حلقتان أساسيتان من سلسلة من حلقات إعداد اللاعب الجيد وكلا الحلقتين تؤثران الواحدة على الأخرى سلبا أو إيجابا . فإعداد اللاعب بشكل عالي على الصعيد النفسي والبدني يخلق حالة من الاستقرار النفسي والاتزان الانفعالي والحركي وبالتالي خلق الإرادة القوية والاستعداد العالي لخوض المنافسات والتغلب على الصعوبات المحتمل إن يواجها اللاعبين , وتتأثر الحالة الجسمية بالحالة النفسية والعكس صحيح في توازن تحت الظروف العادية لشخصية سوية متكيفة .
