الملخص
هدف البحث إلى استقصاء وجهات نظر أصحاب العمل حول كفاءة الخريجين وقدرتهم على الانخراط في بيئة العمل. واستعملت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح ودراسة العلاقة، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية من أصحاب العمل في المؤسسات التربوية والرياضية والمراكز الصحية الذين يعمل لديهم (53) الخريجين وعرضت النتائج وحللت ونوقشت, واستنتجنا أن الخريجين يتمتعون بالقدرة على التكيف مع متطلبات سوق العمل، مما يشير إلى إمكانية تحسين فرص توظيفهم وأوصينا ضرورة تصميم دورات تدريبية متخصصة تستهدف تنمية المهارات المهنية والشخصية للخريجين، و توسيع فرص العمل
